The pearls in them and the loose pearls in your hand are probably not real. One way to tell is that it looks like the paint in the pearls in your hand are flaking off. Also, real pearls are usually closer to an ivory color. Not to mention, the pearls set in the earrings are set in a non precious metal, lowering the likelihood that they real. An interesting way to tell if a pearl is real is to rub it against one of your teeth. If it is real, it will feel slightly gritty.

The awesome heavily adorned ring you have looks like semi and non precious stones set in silver. Also costume jewelry. At a glance it seems to have turquoise opaque blue green, garnet deep red, moonstone milky white, amber reddish brown, and possibly malachite green. The dark blue miiight be azurite, the light purple an amethyst, and the dark brown a tiger stone, but I can say for sure. The mark on the inside is a maker stamp most likely.

The tube you posted could be to display rings or jewelry on, depending on its size.

If the rust colored beads are a semi precious stone they are possibly sunstone? More likely a man made material of some sort though, although if it heavy, it could be a stone. The tag saying 14k doesn mean anything in this case as to be honest, they look like flea market beads. I could be wrong though.

The diamond ring the band is indeed 14k white gold so the stone could either be a CZ cubic zirconia or perhaaaaps a real diamond, although the pictures show it as so cloudy and muddy i wouldn put any money on it. The other ring shown is a silver ring with possibly jasper ? in it. Again, not valuable, but pretty cool looking.

The necklace picture underneath that just shows cheap costume jewelry. The 1928 necklace is the name of a brand specializing in fake vintage costume jewelry that their logo.
